For its fourth year in the Outaouais region, the “Festival de l'Outaouais Emergent” will offer a weekend of fun, entertainment and festivities. Featuring nearly 150 regional artists, the “Foe” will be held from September 8th to 11th in downtown Gatineau. The festival's mission is to encourage emerging artists in the Outaouais region, whatever their talent is. This year, Moca Loca is proud to support the organization by offering ticket sales at each of the Moca Loca cafés which will be available starting July 14th.
