Coffee

Brazil Santos (Black or Brown) Without bitterness, fairly stong and full-flavoured. The Santos is ideal for aromatic coffees or comined with alcohol. Brazil is the world's most important coffee producer.

Burundi Ocibu The Burundi is grown for the strong coffee lovers, with average acidity and intense aroma that fills the mouth.

Colombia Supremo The Supremo is stronger than Excelso. It is the strongest of Colombian coffees with a high acid level and the most bitter but also well balanced.

Costa-Rica Tarrazu It is probably due to the fact that this coffee is grown at the base of a volcano that it is very acidic and creamy. The Tarrazu is one of Costa-Rica's best selections.

Cuba Turquino Lavado Full-bodies but with slight acidity. Full flavoured. The Turqunio Lavado covers the taste buds.

Dominican Republic Santo Domingo The aroma of this coffee is slightly sugared with average acidity. Its taste slightly resembles that of chocolate.

Espresso Blend (Indonesia and Central America, our House Blend) It is hard to resist the invigorating aroma of espresso. Strong coffee, well balanced with average acidity.

Guatemala Antigua Very strong coffee. The Guatemala Angigua is characterized by its vibrant taste, its intense aroma and high acidity level.

Hawai Kona Captain Cook No. 1 The compromise between the delicate aroma and the full-body is appreciated by the palate. Hawain coffee has an excellent reputation.

Java Estate The Java Estate is the main element in the Moka Java blend. It is full bodied with a high degree of acidity. Its scent is slightly spicy which reminds us that it is one of the best Indonesian coffees.

Kenya AA (Black or Brown) This Kenya has body as well as smoothness and a good level of acidity. With its AA rating it can brag about being one of the best coffees in its country.

Moka Java Blend (Africa and Indonesia) You will love the two sides of this delicious coffee, strong as well as smooth, with an average acidity level.

Mexico Altura Pluma The Altura Pluma is a full-bodied coffee with average acidity. It is recognized by its subtle and rich smell.

Ouganda Bugisu AA Cultivated at the base of the mount Elgon, near the border of Kenya, the Bugisu AA is rich coffee which is classified among Ouganda's most famous. It is also acid and mellow.

Sumatra Mandheling A unique coffee with a fruity sugary taste. It has a hint of acidity moderately full bodied.

Yemen Mocha-Matari The common ancestor of all coffee plants throughout the world. The Yemen grows the true «moka». The Mocha-Matari is bitter sweet, with an acid spicy taste but also smooth and scented.

Hawaii Kona Captain Cook No. 1 The compromise between the delicate aroma and the full-body is appreciated by the palate. Hawain coffee has an excellent reputation.
