is stronger than Excelso. It is the strongest
of Colombian coffees with a high acid level and
the most bitter but also well balanced.
Costa-Rica Tarrazu It is probably
due to the fact that this coffee is grown at the
base of a volcano that it is very acidic and creamy.
The Tarrazu is one of Costa-Rica's best selections.

it is one of the best Indonesian coffees.
Kenya AA (Black or Brown) This

level of acidity. With its AA rating it can brag
about being one of the best coffees in its country.

Pluma is a full-bodied coffee with average acidity.

which is classified among Ouganda's most famous.

Yemen Mocha-Matari The common
ancestor of all coffee plants throughout the world.
The Yemen grows the true «moka». The
Mocha-Matari is bitter sweet, with an acid spicy
